I brought Ted back to Heck then took a companion to the freezer and locked her in. When I reported this to Mortimer the quest completed, though he did give me the key to the Members Only area and the Formal Wear so I know your mod is installed.
I went to the Members Only area, waited till 7pm (just sat and waited) waited well past 7, Mortimer never came to give his speech and dinner was never served. I reloaded, went through it all again, waited again, same results, sat and waited 24 hours (in an area where the wait function is disabled) so that 7pm came a second time and Mortimer still didn't come.
EDIT: I tried leaving after 7 and coming back. Suddenly Mortimer was there and strange meat pie was on all the tables. But while Mortimer was at the podium he wouldn't speak. When I talked to him, he talked like the event had already happened. I'll just have to settle for that
Hey Asterra, removing the "Top Level" flag from the "0011A2AD" dialogue topic seemed to fix the <Hushed> Would my companion here make a suitable replacement meal?" bug for me, unless im mistaken on what the bug is
EDIT: I only tested with one companion, but I'm assuming you'll need to do the same for the dialogue topic added by this mod if you have more than one companion
I planned to eventually come back and sort out this final bug, but more or less when I personally got to it in my current playthrough. I had to abandon it and everything else last year due to health.
