I loved Hopper31's vertibird home, but other than containers and a nifty fold out bed, it didn't have a lot of utilities, which is a minor inconvenience if you wanted that as your main home.

a planter with two plants, which I don't know if they re-spawn, so if anyone wants to tell me that's cool
a sink, for water
a chem lab
a comfier, more lived-in look
and a SM vending machine, which I think doesn't work until you beat Dead money.
Installation instructions:

Then just overwrite his ESP with mine! This mod will not work without his models and textures first! I cannot stress this enough!
REQUIRES OWB, DM, HH, AND LR! NO exceptions!
