Bring Kakyōin Noriaki into the world of Fallout: New Vegas. Extract the "ReroMod2.esp" file from the zip folder and move it to your Fallout New Vegas Data folder to bring a bit of Rero into your world, or install it with Fallout Mod Manager. This is my first mod that I am publishing.
