This is a simple mod (my first) that changes Elite Riot Gear including the helmet, to Light Armour. I made this mod simply because I liked the armour, but the already assigned category of Medium and Heavy for the Body piece and head piece respectively, did not fit my playstyle.

Installation: Simply download the file, open it, and drag the esp into your FNV data file.
