You shouldn't be able to kill someone in power armor with a weak 9mm handgun, let alone a BB gun or a pocket knife. This mod removes the minimum damage modifiers from damage calculations, meaning low-caliber weapons will do absolutely nothing to people in power armor.

You shouldn't be able to kill someone in power armor with a weak 9mm handgun, let alone a BB gun or a pocket knife.
In the vanilla game, damage dealt (after damage resistance has been taken in to account) is calculated by simply ignoring the DT's worth of damage from the original damage value. If a shot is fired with a damage value of 40 against a target with 10 DT, the target will take 30 damage. However, damage dealt cannot be lower than 20% of the original damage value. If a 10 damage shot is fired against target with 20 DT, the target will still take 2 damage.
What this mod is simply removes the minimum damage dealt value, making heavily armored enemies impossible to hit without high damage weapons or armor piercing bullets. Heavy armor is a lot more valuable and combat is more difficult, especially in the early game.
Compatibility:
As far as I know this should be compatible with everything that doesn't change the "fMinDamMultiplier" value. Load the plugin after any major overhauls to combat or they might override the effects of this mod.
