The Container Prescience perk doesn't work for me for some reason, as in it just doesn't show up in my list of perks when I level up. At first I thought I had just downloaded the wrong version but I'm sure that I didn't! Regardless, the main attraction of the mod still works great and is exactly what I wanted. I know some people prefer a Fallout 4 style looting system but I enjoy this one greatly.
ok, this may be a dumb question but is this completely compatible with project nevada extra options, like the loot rebalance and such? or with any other mods that would effect loot and containers? basically my question is, does this mod effect nothing but the empty tag on containers?
Looking at this mod, tells me that there is probably an easier way of doing this without adding a formlist. But instead dynamically swapping the game setting for a different one, and then back when you have the perk activated. If you did it this way it would be compatible with everything out of the box without requiring patching for DLC/ YUP/ TTW.
I've been dabbling in NV again. I got the latest JIP. The mod seems to still work. Only way a JIP update could break the mod is if they took out a function or drastically changed the way it behaves, and I can't see the JIP devs doing something that would so assuredly break any mods that rely upon it.
That said, I'll certainly come back here if I find any new issues.
