Ok I'm sorry but this looks like shit. Manure. Crap. The only observable artistic value here is it's resemblance to the goldengate bridge. Truly a bizarre and unfortunate mess. And a painful to look at one at that.
So bad in fact, I remember it from my 2019 playthrough where I specifically remember playing new vegas, drawing the weapon in a store outside Goodsprings and thinking to myself, "wtf is this? This is absolutely horrible. atrocious infact. I need to uninstall this asap. I hope it's not apart of a weapon pack - no it couldn't be, all the other weapons look good and competently designed."
An immersion breaker and completely stands out by virtue of looking so bad and terrible.
And the iron sights, the god awful iron sights. right click and suddenly I'm playing either one of those 2d vaporwave driving games or I am playing medal of honor from like 2008 where you man the anti air guns in pearl harbor I'm not sure but I know I'm taken out of the fallout experience.

I entered teh area at random on a new save and then my game started saying the 4GB was broken

Door opens in the lair and proceeds to blast out my eardrums. And note, I'm not playing with the volume all that loud either.
Shotgun is also extremely loud as well, at least Mirage is, can't find the basic one.
Overall, an uninstall. Extremely underwhelmed, ears hurt now.
Also, thing to note: The quest note says "Northeast of primm" but the lair is clearly straight to the west.
