Open all the empty buildings in freeside
Get rid of all the rubble in the town
Restore law to this town

Freeside fixed is a project to revive the small town of freeside. The NCR finally had the resources to fix freeside and take it over.
So far i have cleared most rubble that isn't essential and have added paths for NCR to move around. There may still be NCR that stand in one place which i will fix asap
