Changes the background and title on the game's main menu to better suit the mod 'Fallout: Who Vegas' by The Foundry! I spent several hours putting this all together in Photoshop, so I hope you enjoy it! Note that this contains two versions of the title graphic: one recolored to match the default orange text for the main menu, and the un-altered logo in blue. To use the original coloring, simply rename the 'main_title (original blue).dds' file to 'main_title.dds' and install normally from there.
