When I first heard about Roxie, my first reaction was "Holy S#!T, that sounds SICK", but when i found her, it would be safe to say I was a little dissapointed. Not only was she basically useless, you could only travel with her throughout one building. This mod aims to fix this. Roxie can now be your companion anywhere in the Big MT or the Mojave Wasteland, and now she's a lot more interesting.  You can change her follow distance, tell her to wait, trade with her and dismiss her to either X-8 (she will return to the splicing chamber) or the Lucky 38 suite. Travelling with Roxie now grants you the Race Dog perk, making you run 15% faster. You can also find a holotape on a table in the Forbidden Zone Dome allowing you to upgrade Roxie, allowing her to use the Sonic Bark many Cyberdogs in the Big MT can. If you don't like the upgrade, you can just as easily uninstall it. It is uninstalled/installed through Roxie's dialogue menu.

VERSION 1.3 Now comes with an Roxie avatar for JIP CC&C, so the optional JIP file has been removed, as V1.3 now includes a better version of the optional avatar.

Permissions- Use this however you want, I don't really care as long as you ask for permission first.
