At the end of Honest Hearts you received the Scripture Item and it doesn't do anything. So, I made a little mod to make it worthwile to have in your inventory and finish Honest Hearts (besides the awesome story)

The first file called Scripture.esp adds 2 points to Endurance, 1 points of Charisma, 10% of experience bonus and 20 to speech. This may seem like a lot, but having to go thru Zion and back alive merits having more constitution, making friends with the tribes will give you more charisma and speech and the 10% exp  bonus is because you found faith on the New Canaanites

The second file is called ScriptureSkills.esp and only adds 10 to survival, 20 to speech and the 10% of experience bonus.

The effect of the book will start to be active when you pick it up. You'll recieve a small text box with one quote of Joshua Graham and the effect will stick for as long as you have the book on your inventory. Drop the book or put it on a container and the effects will be removed.

Is also worth nothing that the effects are scripted to count towards perks or dialogue choices, contrary to buffs by aids or chems.
