Are you bored with the vanilla game loading screens in this game? Are you indescribably uninterested in the names of some of the enemies in fallout? Are you in the mood for a turkey, ham and provolone sandwich, with large quantitys' of miracle whip slathered on there? Then I've got the mod for YOU!

Hello there! Have you ever noticed that the texts in fallout games are bland, informative and not quite funny?
Well, this mod changes about all of those things or 2/3 depending on your sense of humor. After playing fallout 4 with mods I noticed a very simple, but much needed mod on the PS4. Loaded Loading Screens. If you own a copy of Fallout 4 I suggest you download it. After seeing all of the loading screens in that mod I said to my self, "Oh... I Think I gonna puke." Hahaha! That was a joke! I never really said that, I instead said, "Well gee golly, I bet you that There's a mod like that for New Vegas," and so I searched. I typed all sorts of names into the search bar. "Loading Screen", "Edited Loading Screen", "Coffe Stains." But alas my search was a futile effort. There was not one singular modification that changes the loading screens in this game. I figured that this was because it was difficult, but I wanted to see for myself so I fired up the GECK. And lo and behold it was as simple as changing words. In fact it wasn't even as simple as that, IT WAS THAT! And so now you will notice that most if not all of the loading screens
In New Vegas are changed to a more comical tone*. While I was at it I changed a few of the names of the wasteland creatures up. I'm sure you'll be able
to spot them, except maybe the deathclaw, it's quite subtle. I've also change a few of the perk names around, that's it. I don't have a joke for that
one.
Possible Questions:
"Is this mod lore friendly?" No.
"Are you retarded?" I dunno.
"What's the square root of PI?" I will refer you to question two.
If you're new to fallout I suggest not installing this mod, because it will mess up allot your in game tutorial messages and combat prompts.
This mod shouldn't have any bugs since it only alters the texts in game. If you have a suggestion for some alteration to some of the unaltered texts in game let me know. I might even use a few.
Altered texts is a good mod for a new playthrough with the wacky wasteland (soon to be the 'Mental illness IS a laughing matter!') perk. At least I think it is, I'm not gonna start an entire new game.
I like a good play tested mod, but I'm not gonna do a whole new play-through just to see if it works with like one specific perk. Just sayin'.
Update Log:
2.5: The names of a few locations have been changed. (For instance Goodsprings has been changed to Whiterun)
The names of factions have been changed. (The Legion are now called The Bad Boy's)
More alterations to perks and creatures.
*Note:Whether or not the tone is comical IS subjective but hey, whatever float your titanic.
