A new unique Assault Carbine with custom mesh and stats.

Ultimatum does 14 damage and fires at 900 RPM (to balance this I also increased the damage of the standard Assault Carbine to 15). The spread is also reduced, it has a night-vision ACOG style scope, a laser sight, a suppressor, and a 100 round drum magazine. the health is also increased as well as it is extremely valuable.

You can acquire the weapon by speaking with and helping Private Halford in the Camp Guardian Caves at Camp Guardian. Have a Doctor's Bag with you or have a Medicine skill of 50 or higher. Make sure you use the dialogue option "that's a nice rifle," and later "you said i could have your rifle before you go" to make sure you get it.
