Someone had to do it. Bear in mind, this mod will not show up as a plug-in that needs to be checked in Data Files.

If you're using an HD blood textures mod, but you don't want the screen effects, replace the two files contained in this folder with the two files of the same name in your HD mod. The two files contained in this folder are simply blank versions of the blood splatter images.
