This mod simply adds a Tunnel Snake jacket inside Doc Mitchell's house (Like most mods) for anybody who prefers not to dig through the GECK themselves.
I altered the stats to have the same damage threshold as the Kings jacket and it can be repaired with any Merc outfit.
