You can turn on SF2_EnvMap_Light_Fade under Shader Flags 2 to make Env map strength depend on the ambient light. This is good for preventing objects "glowing" in the dark because of env map.

I made the env map weaker instead to compensate, they still shine fine but don't flicker.
The quantum, victory and quartz are supposed to glow.
