good mod if you like this type of shotgun but you can "find 1" if you have the mod "salt lake story's" although not knowing the Dam & DPS of this mod i cant say which is better but regardless saying this mod dosnt do energy weapon damage is wrong as it can and dose turn those shot with it into puddle of goo same as with any plasma weapon. the "chance" of it happening might be small but it's still there so obviously using MF cells would make more sense for this weapon plus given the design has a plasma cartridge in the stock it would make more sense. if there was uniuqe ammo for it say "acid rounds" that ONLY did corrosive damage aka ONLY turns targets into goo puddles then this would a better mod
Can you make an alternate version that shoots plasma and fires microfusion cells as well as eject the microfusion cell shells? I love the design of the weapon but I already have a lead spitter and I need a plasma pump action boomstick to go with my alien rifle. (got that alien weapon from ttw) Also suck at using GECK.
Also can you add the option to craft this? Use a hunting shotgun, a plasma rifle, and some other parts and give the doc fiend a unique caustic shotgun? I'm mostly asking this second part because I'm a TTW player. To compensate for this, give Doc Mercy a Unique Caustic Shotgun.
I don't think it would make much sense to have this thing using microfusion cells, I think I already mentioned in another comment that it's not even supposed to be an energy weapon, just a shotgun with some high-tech mods.
I think I might actually try to make a craftable plasma shotgun mod now, so thanks for the idea
Yep. More specifically, an NPC that you fight in a quest related to E-Tech weaponry in Borderlands 2 (I believe it it was called "medical mystery" or something like that, it's been a while since I played that game).
Why is this put in the Guns category? Personally, I think it should either be under Energy Weapons or even Science. It doesn't make sense that a corrosion weapon is labeled as a gun.
It's not actually an energy weapon though. The whole idea is that it is essentially a normal shotgun, except it has some kind of advanced technology attached to it that adds a corrosive effect to the projectiles. So technically it's still a gun.
More specifically, what I was thinking of when I made this was the elemental weapons from the Borderlands series of games, which are basically the same thing.
holy s#*!!! this is so awesome!! do it have leveled list so it make fiends use it againts player? that would be much challenging.
edit: one more thing, this is really nice addition to plasma guns cos' I really fond of plasma scattergun from Fallout 4. since that I try to request people to make a custom plasma scattergun for new vegas with no luck. thank you for making this.

Either way, this mod looks a lot more lethal then the MPR. IMO. Both look great though.
