Thanks for this! Makes re-travelling the railroad less boring. Have you considered altering the nearby rail station as well? Maybe messing with the mutants who spawn nearby as well?
Sorry for the late reply, but since releasing this and my other mod I have moved back to playing Fallout 4. I honestly do not believe I will go back to trying to create content for New Vegas, if anything I'll work on learning the GECK for Fallout 4. Thank you very much for your support though.
Edit: Back to playing New Vegas, will be looking into editing more locations now.
