Adds some custom extra heavy combat armor into the game. You can find it in the abandoned building outside Good-springs near the Yangtze memorial.

There are two versions of the armor provided.
One for the regular pip boy and the other for the radius and the like.

It's set as a Heavy armor.

It has a DT of 30.

It weighs 20lbs

it has a health of 800. 100 more points than ranger combat armor.
