hey, i was wondering if i could get some help, see i am trying to make a perk for enclave characters, like for roleplaying, the perk in question that im trying to make gives power armor training, and is supposed to increase energy weapon DAMAGE for right now i've settled it at a SKILL increase and im trying to make it increase energy weapon damage, but i cant see to figure out how to increase energy weapon damage (i litteraly tried like 5 seconds ago to c&p your buffs from blastin') i would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out!
Used this mod before, its a pretty good perk pack. The only issue is the perks can be too overpowered. If you do use this, I'd say use some higher difficulty mods to try and balance it out or open up the mod in FNVEdit and modify the values.
How do effects work for each rank? Do they simply stack or the stats on the description page of the mod simply shows how stats will look after final rank is picked? In other more simple words - Do i get the whole 66% damage increase and the whole 10 points of damage bonus for respective weapon type specific perk, when i pick 3rd rank of respective perk or i simply get 11% more and extra 2 damage with each rank picked, maxing out at 33% and 6 respectively??...This is very important at determining whether i want to use this mod or not, because if these effects actually stack - then this is way way overpowered (not to mention, that having any resistance over 85% doesn't make any sense, since the vanilla stat for each resistance type is capped at 85%, unless mods removing or raising that cap is being used...), so having 105% in fire resistance won't make you immune to fire anyway, so you just "waste" those additional 20% of resistance as it goes into doing nothing...here's hoping for a quick reply *fingers crossed*
Sorry for the very late reply π . Life has been a little rough the past couple of years. Perk ranks don't stack otherwise it would be super broken. I made these perks especially the flat damage increases so cool lowtier weapons r more viable endgame. Happy hunting and excuse my not so perfect English.
is the toughness 2.0 a replacement or a whole new perk? already taken the original toughness perk and decided to use this mod with my current playtrough

I placed the mod at the end of the load order. Toughness 2.0 doesn't seem to work but the original Toughness perk does. For some reason the DT is initially added, but if you change armor you'll lose it.
Edit: Its just Vanilla UI Plus not displaying DT gains from other mod's perks in the pipboy, nevermind.
Got a couple of questions for you. 1. Is there any way to make weapons in a repair list be affected by a perk. i.e making the light machine gun repair list affected by a perk that slows down reload speed. 2. Any way to make a perk that only affects one handed melee weapons, knives in particular? 3.Does the run n gun perk do anything?
1. yes, i was able to do it like this : new perk / perk entries / entry point / conditions / weapon / condition function "isinlist" / function parameters "the wanted list" or can create a list 2. yes, a list can be created and referenced at the function parameters thing.if u want i can make it but i dont know if u have all the dlcs or not 3. i dont know how to verify if it works or not thats why i never take it and i love the trail carbine.

Can you explain to me exactly what the Jethro Sight Perk do other than just increase the chance to hit in V.A.T.S?
