For the standalone Eyes: They are a resource for modders, you can preview them ingame with the ESP, but the ESP will conflict with any mod that edits vanilla races (including hairmods and eyelashes mods. for this reason you should add the eyes to your ame in GECK or using Hair autopatcher and let it do the job for you).
Vanilla eyes always bugged me, they sometimes look like they're painted on doll eyes or something. These look way more natural and make the characters look more alive.
no worries, since its standalone eyes, make sre you know they aply only to VANILLA RACES, and if you want to use hem n custom races (mannequin race excluded, cause its my custom race, and they have these eyes included), you'll need hair autopatcher, 50% sure its linked in description, but if its not it's a mod by fallout2am that adds all sort of eyes\hair\etc through a script to all races, removing the need of a plugin iirc.
Just finished a 50-hour, stable playthrough with 86 mods, this being one of them.
I used this mod alongside Character Expansions Revised and got some great results. The eyes are much more bearable (especially with the vanilla glint) now. Very appreciated.
Err just a heads up I'm using Vortex and its fine you may want to change your description...NMM is ancient and broken alteast recommend MO2 if you don't like Vortex maybe

Older mod managers are much better suited for older games.
