This is a pretty simple mod. It merely replaces the default TARDIS takeoff sound effect in Fallout Who Vegas with one that includes a ticking clock sound and a "ratcheting" sound when the switch is thrown.

All I really did was throw together some sounds in FL Studio to make this. It took me all of about 5-10 minutes.

Unfortunately, this will replace the takeoff sound in not just the Toyota desktop but all TARDIS desktop themes except for the Classic, Retro and Edwardian desktops. That those three desktops have their own unique takeoff sounds would indicate, however, that specifying one just for the Toyota theme would not be impossible in the future.
