if you do expand this id love to see a TTW version that keeps the lore consistent with regional stuff (and the removal of the glow on victory and quartz, which bugs me more than it should)
In my planned Nuka Cola Expansion, I will explain all the Nuka Cola flavors in Nevada in that mod, with how Nuka Cola was trying to beat Sunset, although, I will either make the main mod, or an alternate version (i'm not sure which yet) which keeps the drinks region-locked.
About Tale of Two Wastelands, I personally do not use that mod, although, I might do it anyway for everyone to enjoy. I also plan on making the mod for Fallout 3, due to these being re-textures for things that fallout 3 already contains.
(I also might even make a small optional to make those two not glow, which would be very simple, even though they most likely include isotope from quantum in an attempt to get the flavors more attention over Sarsaparilla.)
