After reading through the first page twice I still do not know what this mod is or what I am supposed to do to install. These are the least intuitive instructions for a mod I've seen to date.
I downloaded all three required resources and started playing. Cannot leave starting Hotel Room, coc do some location, tcai i tcl to leave unmolested and run to Safe Hotel where I should appear, and continue game normally with no starting items as suggested.
Exploring is ok, the streets are wide, it's dark as hell (I was playing with suggested foggy version) and there are Ghost everywhere. Scavenging was fun and what I liked the most, there is enough locations to visit to find everything that you need.
Enemies: Ghosts with 50 hp, Glowing Ones with 12 hp, Enclave Soldiers with either 80 or 310 hp, Raiders with 100+ hp, Mafia Goons with about 300hp and last but not least Vicious Dogs with 1375, and Supermutants (thank the gods only two) with 2600 hp. Health of the enemies is weird.... to say the least.
Locations: Clam House has half the room doors on the upper floor impossible to open, despite the fact that there are Goons trapped inside, maybe a feature, maybe a bug. Power Station has locked door with one of the parts needed to leave behind them and I've never found the key. Even after finding all 4 parts machinist still want me to find them, so the only way to leave is how you entered: coc 188TradingPost BUT two of the key locations are glitched - Metro Station interior has no walls or floor for that matter and Museum exterior is only a double door without anything else.
Scavenging as I said was fun, but the mod is simply not finished.
Ok, so the description says that this requires CIB resources, Robots resource and Warmachine resource, but both of those mods have like a million and one files one can download, could you be more specific about what's needed?
Ghosts are really weird when placed outside the Seaira Madra, for example, one time, I blew a Badger City Ghost's head off with the 40., but when I tried it on another Ghost it didn't work. So...sometimes the ghosts will die others you'll only be able to knock them down.
Second answer- Your goal is to find 4 metro parts to repair a metro and escape the city. You can find the metro by turning right when you first enter the city, then turn left, it's next to the crane.
