This mod is quite simple in premise, it replaces the vanilla game Recon Armor with Brotherhood Combat Armor by MikaelGrizzly.

As a veteran of Tale of Two Wastelands, it always frustrated me that the Mojave Brotherhood had their snazzy brotherhood armor sets, being all fashionable and lore friendly, while the D.C. Brotherhood was stuck putting their recruits in those ugly power armor undersuits and calling it recon armor. This mod fixes that by replacing the body for Recon Armor with that of Brotherhood Armor. This has the side effect of replacing all suits of recon armor in the game, but as one who dislikes the look of recon armor in general, that's hardly a downside.

Note that only the body armor is changed, the helmet hood is still the same. I don't think it looks that out of place and changing it would also affect all the characters wearing the recon hood with their power armor.
