Hi there! This is my second player home for New Vegas. It's quite a bit more modest than the last one.

Features:
-Kitchen with clean water drinking fountain
-Bedroom with armor storage
-Armory with lots of weapon storage, sorted by caliber
-Bathroom
-Atmospheric presentation with attention to detail

Note: This house does not have navmesh. There's no bizarre walkways, so your companions should be okay. Should be.

Requirements:
-Vanilla New Vegas. No DLC or NVSE required (but those are super cool too).

Installation:
-Move the .ESP into your Data folder. Done! =D
