A full port of my F03 preset with the same name. This is a vibrant preset that aims to bring life back into the Mojave.

Chromatic Melancholy ENB is a vibrant preset that uses advanced color correction.
This is a successor to my previous Chromatic Mezzo ENB with updated code and bug fixes.
This preset is not compatible with Night Vision at this time.

0. Turn off your steam overlay for Fallout New Vegas. Receiving any notifications
or using the steam screenshot key will cause transparent textures.
1. Download the v0278 binaries or higher from enbdev.com
On the binary's download page, the download button is at the bottom of the page on the left.
2. Open the "Wrapper" folder. Copy & Paste only the d3d9.dll and enbhost into your main fallout folder.
program files (x86) > steam > steamapps > common > fallout new vegas
Some Fallout NV 4GB Launcher users have to put the d3d9.dll into the "exes" folder.
3. Download Chromatic Melancholy ENB. Open the download and copy/paste the following:
a. enbseries folder, b. enblocal and c. enbseries ini file into your main fallout folder.
4. Turn OFF hardware Anti-aliasing & Anisotropic filtering. ENB handles both of these.
Failing to do this step will lead to see-through walls, mountains, water and more.
You must also make sure HDR is ON in the game launcher as well.
5. That's it! Hope to see some screenshots :)
Dusty Distance
This one is pretty important, it provides great fog in the distance to cover up NV's awful LOD.

This preset does not rely on any weather mods.
Please don't ask if it works with any specific ones, I do not use them.
I have an i7 4790k CPU @ 4.5 ghz, EVGA GTX 980 Ti 6GB SC, and 16GB RAM. No FPS hit.
Results will vary.
