News and progress reports on the mod can be found in the articles section.
This mod adds some new things that I felt the game needed. Namely:

- Explosive Entry Perk. This has been done before, mine's just a more barebones version that's less demanding on the engine, and that's compatible with just about everything.

- Wasteland Veteran Perk. Far from my own idea, I just included this because I don't like playing without it. I made it from scratch and used nothing from the original mod but the concept.

- NCR Immersion. Now the NCR will treat their VIPs properly. NCR soldiers will salute you as one of their comrades if you get a high enough reputation, and the NCR Ranger Safehouse has been converted into a headquarters for your own personal squadron of Elite Rangers. The rangers are called the Bullfighter Regiment, and have their own weapons, armours, regimental flag, and backstory.

- Enhanced Combat System.
-- Realistic damage.
-- Shell casings and blood now remain around for a while.
-- Better effects and scripts, like shockwaves on explosives, grenade shrapnel, and so on.
-- Generally makes combat more next gen and immersive.
-- Armour recalibrated. Now power armours will be properly powerful, and armour doesn't stop protecting you until it's broken. Meaning your armour is an indirect extension of your health.

- One small Wild Wasteland easter egg that just proves what a twisted sense of humour I have. Credits go to our Pandemic Team intern John for the idea, though. I just came up with a way to implement it.

The big thing here, of course, is the faction. Which is a highly advanced faction with a lot of cool scripted functions:

- Commands. Commands are issued easily, even in the heat of battle with a new point and click system. Features everything from following, staying, guarding, patrolling and even declaring restricted areas. Making the rangers warn/execute anyone who isn't NCR themselves.

- Recruitment. Your rangers can indeed die. But fear not, because you can recruit new ones. To do this, you need to bury your fallen soldiers, however. You can interact with their dead bodies, and create a grave site. Which will feature a custom ranger headstone. If the body is in an interior, then you'll need to bring it back to Red Hill. Which is the official burial site of the rangers. You can however bury them anywhere else if you so please.

- Rearmament. Your rangers have a variety of loadouts that they can use. Sniper, Support Gunner and Assault are the currently available ones. You can rearm your soldiers at the headquarters.

- Unlockable commands. Some commands rely on certain skill levels. For instance, someone with high medicine can request stimpaks from their fellow rangers, and so on.

This mod is recommended to be played with SP Armamentarium.

Problems:

As of now, there might be bugs. I've playtested the mod for several hours and encountered no major issues. However, as of writing this, I am struggling with a rather difficult mental illness. Which affects my memory. So if there are any missing files, or possibly unfinished features. Then let me know. I'll try to fix them. Also, like most of my mods, this mod features some rather experimental gameplay concepts. So there's always a chance of the odd error. But compared to Pandemic, for instance, this one is actually very bug free.

Fixed Bugs:

- Bullfighter rearm dialogue conditions. (2.0)
