Adds a new weapon to the Mojave, inspired by a concept by MrBJBlazkowics.
 
DESCRIPTION
Adds a new rugged carbine, ideal for both hunting and military use. The weapon will be found in the hands of Mercenaries, Prospectors, Legionaries and NCR Troopers, and the mods sold by appropriate vendors, after the player reaches level 12. However the Gun Runners will stock both the weapon and its mods from the beginning of the game, and the 188 Arms Merchant will begin to stock the weapon and its mods when the player reaches level 8.

The weapon uses 10mm rounds in a 16 round magazine, and deals 18 damage per shot. It has a weight of 7 and is valued at 1000 caps. The weapon also has three modifications; extended magazines which increases magazine capacity by 10, a short-range red dot scope for better target acquisition and a silencer to help maintain the element of surprise during an attack.

This weapon is already included in my weapon pack, which can be found here. It is recommended that you don't use this mod as well as the weapon pack, to avoid having duplicate weapons.

Everything in the mod is implemented via scripts, so will not conflict with any other mods.
