Makes the pipboy backround an image of Eda from the anime Black Lagoon.
INSTALL: Go to Fallout New Vegas\Data\textures\pipboy3000 or pipboy2500 if using that mod. Drop the file named screenglare in the pipboy folder. Be sure to make a backup of the original .
UNINSTALL: Just replace the modded file with the backup of the original.
