In a world... where D-Bags roamed free.. a new one was born in Virginia. He moved to Las Vegas after he told his pimp Rafael Carlos Rodriguez that he should treat other D-Bags with pride. Rafael was mad. Rafael pulled a knife.. and told Noah that he needs to "tighten up". These were the dark days..
After Noah moved to Las Vegas the mass amount of D-Bagery spread and caused a bomb to go off.. Thus New Vegas was born!
