This small, simple mod makes the "Trenchcoat" and "Fedora" playable.

Play as the Mysterious Stranger or Miss Fortune, with proper world model and mandatory stat buff!

I also took the liberty to customize some things. Here's a quick fact sheet:

- Unique Enchantment "Mysterious Ways" and "Mysterious Fedora Tipping" for both the outfit and fedora respectively.
- Mysterious Ways: +1 CHA, +1 LCK, +10 Guns
- Mysterious Fedora Tipping: +2 PER
- Mysterious Ways (Female): +2 PER, +1 CHA, +1 LCK, +10 Guns
- Male outfit world model is the same as Sheriff's Duster.
- Male hat world model is the same as Pre-War Hat.
- Female world model is the same as Sexy Sleepwear
- Male outfit pipboy icon is Mysterious Stranger perk icon.
- Female outfit icon is Miss Fortune perk icon.
- Weight has been increased from 3 to 7
- Value has been set to 77
- Damage Threshold set 7 (Legacy Damage Resist removed)
- The outfits can be repaired with Leather Armors
- The fedora can be repaired with Pre-War Hats.
- The female version covers both the "Body" and "Hair" of your character, which means you can only equip hats that don't cover the Hair. You can still wear glasses and masks.

~~HOW TO GET~~

#1 - Loot the suit off of Jay Barnes inside the Ultra-Luxe Hotel rooms during the quest "Beyond the Beef", which is triggered by speaking to either Mortimer or Heck Gunderson in the Ultra-Luxe Casino.

#2 - If Jay is missing or want to use the suit right away, use the following console commands. Note that the female version only uses the Outfit, while the male version uses both the outfit and hat. So, don't spawn yourself a hat if you're a female, or else your computer will explode in a mushroom cloud.

Outfit : player.additem 0011689A 1
Hat (male only) : player.additem 0011689B 1

~~INSTALL~~

#1 - Pick a your player's gender.
#2 - Install into the "Data" folder. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data)
#3 - Activate mod in FNV Launcher or FOMM.
#4 - Play

~~UNINSTALL~~

#1 - Sell the Mysterious Suit/Hat to a merchant. (Recommended)
#2 - Unequip and drop the Mysterious Suit/Hat on the ground or in a container. (Not Recommended)
#3 - Once deactivated, the items will still remain in your game, but they will be invisible. This is why selling it to a merchant is the best way dispose of these items. Once that merchant's inventory resets, it will be gone forever.
#4 - Delete Mysterious Suit.esp from the Data Folder.

Known Issues
- The male version's coat will appear and overlap the Pipboy when it's opened.
- The female version does not have a proper 1st person animation, resulting in "floating hands".

These 2 issues are there because Bethesda never intended for us to use the Mysterious Oufit/Hat in the first place, so only the 3rd person model received proper polish. Aside from these 2 minor issues, this mod works fine and does what it says it does.
