Aren't you frustrated that when reverse pickpocketing an explosive you would end up getting damage from it and not be able to get the hell outta there before it explodes? This little file extends the vanilla explosion timer from 2 seconds to 20 seconds before the explosive detonates making it a viable strategy for sneakers to take out enemies without being detected immediately. I used a similar mod in fallout 3 but to my surprise I didn't find anything similar for FNV, so I made it myself, I hope you enjoy it as much as I am :)
