About this mod

This mod replaces the standard roulette wheel loading animation with your choice of classic Dr. Who Tardis consoles

Permissions and credits
Thanks for checking out my unofficial GUI add-on for FWV!  This very simple mod changes the
loading screens "roulette wheel and ball" to a tardis console with moving time rotor.
Simply choose which version and enjoy!

Installation:

1)  Choose which console version you would like displayed during loading screens.  Within
the labelled folders are the "meshes" and "textures" folders which you can copy over into
your fallout NV Dir.  Double check the files which will be written over and make back ups of
those files should you wish to change back.  There's 1 nif file in meshes, and 2 dds files
in textures.  Once you've backed them up, copy over with the new files.
2)  Now for the menu settings.  If you have installed any mods that chance the look / colour
of the loading screens previously, this will be overwritten as well.  (different images or
loading messages will not be affected, but colours may be)....
In the Data/menus folder make a backup of the "loading_menu.xml" file.  THIS IS
IMPORTANT!!
Once you've backed up this file, copy over the original with the one found in
this mod folder.  This will change the display colour of the animation to white so it
displays properly, otherwise the colouring of the consoles and rotors will be really off!
Unfortunately i don't remember the specific values that i had to change to get this to
work, which is why I’ve included this file rather then giving instructions on what to
change.  My apologies...

That should be it!  Fire up NV and you should have a new console animation of your
choosing for your loading screens!  Enjoy!!

Notes 'n thoughts:
Just to note that the "Hartnell" and "Pertwee" versions of the consoles are just slight
tweaks / recolours of the retro console...  only made for the quick completion of this GUI
mod.
While i would make all of the consoles...  the later ones (tv movie to present) all have the
floor to ceiling design, which would require a complete overhaul of the loading screen
values and set up.  Unfortunately i don't have that kind of time to figure out how to do
that :P

Credits:
All credit goes to Demeggy for starting this whole amazing project, and the whole Foundry
for putting in all the painful hours to make it all happen!!  If you haven't checked out Fallout Who New Vegas, then what are you waiting for???? GO GO GO!!

As for my end, if you'd like to use any of these files in your own mod, just simply ask
first and credit where credit is deserved :)

I (obviously) don't own any of the copyrights to Dr. Who, Tardis or anything such..  They all belong to the BBC :)
