    I'd like to take a moment to dedicate this mod and Nipton Rebuilt to my friend Fnork. She sadly left us on Monday and I found out just now. She was a good friend to banter and chat with, and she was kind enough to make the custom Hard Steel magazine. I didn't even have to ask her to do it - she just surprised me with it and it was so much fun! She will be sorely missed. Sad times all around. This is still so surreal...

    Wonderful mod, packed with Jokerine-style NPCs and goodies, custom stuff to buy, a bed to rent... 
    (the turrets at the entrance don't shoot only at deathclaws, but for some reason at the FPGE's NCR patrols too)

    I'm sorry if this was explained later in your mod's quests or something, but I have one question:

    When you enter Newline Town you get trapped in that room and are forced to get your "blood drawn" or take an injection. Why did you include this? I was on psychedelics when I was playing it and thought it had some correlation with Covid lockdowns, but then I noticed you uploaded this years ago. Just super curious about that scene in your mod...

    I love this mod to bits. It's a cute little town, (emphasis on little, I have to leave my companions outside although I made a special exception for ED-E). I especially love the new items. The little magazines are incredibly charming, and ice cream is nothing to sneeze at! My favorite part, though, has got to be the unique ways I can interact with the environment. Playing the piano is my favorite bit (though for whatever reason I also seem to enjoy tossing my caps into that register, never to be seen again...). It's too bad that Leith is so standoffish, he's quite handsome.

    I do have one issue, however - I also asked about where to rent the bed was, but the gentlewoman who I was supposed to ask about renting it isn't anywhere to be found. I just installed this mod, as well as its patch, so I'm not sure what I've done wrong!

      There is no gentlewoman - there is a security cam near the entrance to the rentable room that you can talk to

    Husvik does not treat addictions correctly due to some scripting oversights, and UltraJet withdrawal is missing from the same script...
    The script on Dialogue 0x00D31D needs to be changed from "RemoveSpell" to "Player.RemoveSpell" for each of the withdrawal types, and lines for "Player.RemoveSpell MS09WithdrawalUltrajet" and "Set Generic.Addicted to 0" need to be added.

    Good stuff! Only an issue. The Robobrain don´t talk when i try to interact with it. No dialogue

    I'm having trouble getting in Sherriff won't open the gate after I talk on the intercom.

    Could someone please help me? I did read the F.A.Q. but there was no info there that answered my question. I interacted with the intercom, it told me the door would open and to talk to someone at the entrance, but there's no one at the entrance and I still can't get in. Am I doing something wrong, is this a compatibility issue, and/or can I fix this?

      Hm, been a while since I looked at this mod. Lemme remember... To enter you use the intercom and the main gate opens so you can go in. There will be a protectron next to the leftmost door (picture #5 in the gallery). I think all of the doors will be static besides that one next to the protectron, so you go in there and someone inside will talk to you.

      Thanks for the response, Jokerine. Used the intercom, the robot voice asked for my help but the gate never opened. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, no change.

      Looking at the mod in FNVEdit, it looked like there were some conflicts with Russel. That might be what was preventing that door from opening. Anyway, I finally just uninstalled it and will save it to enjoy on my next playthrough, without Russel.

      Just to confirm, you did activate the gate, right? It works like a door. It doesn't "physically" open, but you can activate it to get teleported inside. You could select the gate with the console and enter "SetDestroyed 0" after you use the intercom to see if that helps. If not, well, hope you get to try it whenever you reinstall it next time

      Same here.The door is totally unselectable.To the cursor it just don't exist no matter where you piont at.
      It can only be select in console mode,but the code "SetDestroyed 0" won't help to get in.
      I use "TCL" to get in,then the door can be select from inside,but next time it's still unselectable from outside.
      Dunno why.
      I can't give up this mod QAQ
