Installation:  
Extract the contents of the Zip file into your new vegas DATA folder.
allow to merge folders, and activate the Esp file in mod manager.

Update modification:
Remove the old version of the mod, save the game and connect a new version of the mod.

Uninstallation:
Deactivate the esps in mod manager Remove files from the DATA folder
