makes gameplay a little easier. no more looped "observations" from Dog/God, Domino, Follows Chalk or Walking Cloud.

this mod will make sure, that additional companions (from "Dead Money" and "Honest Hearts") will remain bearable. no more "random" commentary from God/Dog, Dead Domino, Follows Chalk and Walking Cloud. "random" setting was replaced with "say once" alternative. also there's logic here; if it was pain whining or stomach growling then i didn't mind. Walking Cloud will pray once a day. in other words, less needless comments from companions.

install: FOMM or manual process (move .esp into data folder, then activate it via launcher).
