Dreary ENB by Danvsw
A lighting mod inspired by S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Metro

For my 4k Pair of Gloves mod go here
For my 2k Brass (shell casings) mod go here
[How to tell if the ENB looks as intended]

Go to Goodsprings, look at Chet's general store from a distance (like in this image), and wait until 6pm. Take a screenshot, compare with the image. Print screen button will create a screenshot by ENB in your main folder.
A good way to see the difference in lighting between different times of day is to open the console and type "set timescale to 10000" for a timelapse (default is 20).

                                                                                                      [Known issues]

- Day becomes night in certain areas, where the vanilla game changes lighting for the mood/atmosphere, which messes with the ENB. *UPDATE* I've added an .esp in the download section to remedy this.

- Bright & off-color pipboy screen. No idea how to fix this. If anyone knows please let me know.

- If the game in general is too dark/bright for your liking, you can edit the ENB's brightness/gamma in enbseries.ini (or shift+enter in-game) under [COLORCORRECTION].

- If you encounter a transparent objects bug, make sure all AA is off and try disabling Steam Overlay or any other software that hooks into games.

                                                                                                      [How to install]

1. Download the latest FalloutNV ENB version from here: http://enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm

2. Extract the contents of the "WrapperVersion" folder in the .rar to your main folder.

3. Extract the contents of Dreary ENB v1.0.rar to your main folder and overwrite. Make sure HDR is enabled and AA is off in your Fallout launcher options.

[EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED EXTRA STEPS]

4. Download and install Grass Overload: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43926/?
Then take the Dreary Grass.rar (grass textures with my custom re-colors) found in Dreary ENB v1.0.rar, and add it to your mod manager.
Activate it AFTER Grass Overload and overwrite as necessary.
I also recommend More Grass for even higher density: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35756/?

5. Download NMC's textures if you haven't already and grab the optional WASHEDOUTWASTELAND add-on. It's what I use in all of my footage.

Finally, if you want the depth of field that appears on the back of weapons in first person, download Omegared99's transparency fix: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49420/?
and follow the instructions in the description. Unfortunately, the weapons DOF doesn't seem to work with first person camera mods such as Enhanced Camera.
