This should fix the problem with the ignored interior spawning flag in the IWS Mod. It actually worked for NPCs but not for creatures because it was missing a check for the flag.
Seeing as it's unlikely that the original authors of the IWS Mod will fix this bug, I'll just dump this little fix that I made after looking at the active spawning script.
