This just in, mod author RennisTora uploads new flavor mod!
Mod contains unique interior with loot and note told story!

Ace reporter Ace Porter on the scene here at what witnesses are
calling the "fire fight" of the century outside Lachowskie Liquor!
The Lachowskie Liquor Store has been quiet for years says mod author,
what untold news awaits those brave enough to go where no ace
reporter has ever gone before!?

*cough*

Okay, so what this mod does is add an interior space that previously did not exist
and uses a building space in the world that wasn't previously used.
There is loot and items to be had along with a holo-tape to tell the tale from
the perspective of a self proclaimed ace reporter who was on scene.
This mod requires the Honest Hearts DLC and shouldn't conflict with other mods.
The building is just Southwest of The Gun Runners building, you can see it from there!
The location has a working map marker so you can fast travel to it once discovered.

Update, August 25th 2015.
I've made a tiny correction update to the original file, replace the old one with it.
There is now an optional file as well for download that has the area of the store irradiated (more realistic?) with some
minor additions like green glow, rad sighs, fungus, irradiated items.
Both the original and new RAD versions of the mod include a text file of the originally planned HoloTape
that was not used, I felt it was too long and couldn't get an audio version to work in game for whatever reason.
Thought I would include it for your reading (pleasure?) if you so choose.
