Use this if robots on 3rd floor of REPCONN HQ ignore 3rd floor access card in your inventory and instead of allowing you to free roam go to LUCK/INTELLIGENCE check, which ends in fight if LUCK is < 7 or INTELLIGENCE > 2.

Use this if robots on 3rd floor of REPCONN HQ ignore 3rd floor access card in your inventory and instead of allowing you to free roam go to LUCK/INTELLIGENCE check, which ends in fight if LUCK is < 7 or INTELLIGENCE > 2.
Works with card generated in terminal on 2nd floor and with card found in case on 3rd floor near BoS soldiers.
It adds check for quest variable ('REPCONNHQFreeform',HasBadge >=3) that should be there from the beggining.
Put it in FalloutNV/Data folder and enable REPCONNHQ_3rd_flor_card_fix.esp in game launcher or install it through nexus mod manager.
This mod is compatible with every other mod or DLC as long as none of them edit quest file REPCONNHQFreeform
