I use realinged ironsight mod to fix vanilla ironsight ,so now it's make this 10mm pistol mod front ironsight gone because realinged mod make 10mm pistol lean down a bit. but because I use crosshair mod so I still have something while aiming but still I want iron sight.

Was working for a straight 5 days, no G.E.C.K tinkering, or added mods then it just reverted today. Dropping the weapon does nothing, reinstalling does nothing, putting it absolutely last in load order does nothing.
Anyone know if it replaces the model of the Weathered 10mm pistol from one of the DLCs? Want to use this, but want to know if it applies to said weapon.
I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the Colt 6520, from Fallout 1 & 2. Edit: My bad, I didn't see the other comments here, I rarely comment here. Oops ¯\_(?)_/¯

Open the Vanilla Ironsight Fix files and navigate to the config/IScontrol.ini file.
In there, the first 8 parts all reference the 10mm pistol with various mods etc I assume
This took way too much tinkering because I overthought it, but these are the values I used:
X=0.0372 #default
Y=0 #changed from -0.6356
Z=0 #default
tX=0.116 #default
tY=0 #changed from 1.23
