MCTF - Multi-Core Threading Fix

Mod Information.

This enables support for Multi-core and Threading. As well as 4GB LAA NVSE support.

This should allow for smoother gameplay, faster loading times, better fps, enhanced quality and eliminate crashes.
For ini changes see DOCS tab above.

By updating the games default.ini it allows the game to generate a newer fallout.ini with the included changes.
Once the launcher is run the new ini will be generated containing the updated settings.
This saves the need to worry about altering the fallout.ini or putting a write protect on it in order to save changes.

Note:
Any alterations or additional changes should be entered into the default ini so it can then be generated in the fallout.ini.
After making alterations to the default ini, delete the fallout.ini then run the launcher again to generate an updated version.

To Install:

Make a folder called "originals" in your game folder and copy/paste the original file there.
 (fallout_default.ini)

1. Extract the contents of the download.
    Place the Fallout_default.ini in your Fallout folder.
    Steam:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas
    GOG:     C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout New Vegas

2. Place the Fallout.ini in C:\Users\<>\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV

Run Game Launcher. Set hardware and game settings.
Start normally.

To Uninstall:

Move the fallout_default.ini file from the Originals folder back to game folder.
Goto \Documents folder and delete the Fallout.ini
Run The Game Launcher and setup your hardware again.

Additional Step: RECOMMENDED

(click the win10 start button & click the gear icon)
Go to Windows10 Settings, System, Display, Graphics settings
Click Browse and goto the game folder 
    Steam:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas
    GOG:     C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout New Vegas
Select the FalloutNV.exe

Once selected FalloutNV.exe will appear under the "Browse" button.
Select it and click "options" Set to High Performance.
You can do the same for any other games you have.

Please restart your system.

Run game normally after.

NVSE Setup
Not required to run the game.

Adding the New vegas Script Extender. (Stable version 5.1b4)
Download and extract the files to your game folder.
    Steam:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas
    GOG:     C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout New Vegas
Place the 4gb patch in the game folder also.
Run the 4gb patch and direct it to the game folder apply it to the nvse_loader.exe.

- Make a shortcut to your desktop from the nvse_loader.exe and launch from this
  Or add it as a non-Steam game to launch through steam.

Start and play.
