Just in setting like Clamp at 30 fps and other settings change to run better
May not work for all and must be set up right
This works for me so it is set up for me right
Tested with a SSD and 16GB of Ram on Base model with no Overclock but it should not matter hopefully
Installation
Place Stutter remover ini settings in NVSE Plugins and replace the hold one from that mod
Replace your Fallout NV ini with mine and set as read me only
