About this mod

Find an abandoned Vault and restore it to it's former glory.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
- Work on this mod has discontinued, as I have moved to Fallout 4 modding -

First of all, this is a Tales of Two Wastelands mod, and will not work without it. Secondly, as it's TTW, it requires ALL New Vegas and Fallout 3 DLC except Courier’s Stash, It also requires Speedy Resources as of V2.

I noticed there was a lack of Tales of Two Wastelands Vault mods, so I made one. This is NOT a quest mod, everything is done using caps or talking to different people.

This is Vault 76, my second vault mod, Vault 76 was a "control" vault, with 500 occupants, which ran exactly as it was meant to. The vault was designed to open 20 years after a nuclear war, and was among the seventeen known control vaults, meaning that it was used as a baseline to compare experimental vaults. The Vault opened as scheduled, and has been sealed ever since, so it is in pretty good condition, as all the vault's internal systems shut down as a safety measure, preserving them in working condition. Athough it was never listed as having one, Vault 76 had a G.E.C.K, which has been activated by one of the Ghouls living in the office above the vault. Your first step will be to turn the power back on, and then restore rooms via the terminal in your office (Don't forget to unlock the atrium via the terminal in the cleaned entrance), and talking to various people.

The vault is located in the D.C mall, under a building in between the Lincoln Memorial and The Mall Metro.
I have tried my best to test for bugs and fix any that I came across.

Features include:

* Vault residents
* Unique NPCs, The first are inside the Office Building that leads to the Vault door, and then there's another and his pet who will appear in a cave in the     Vault 76's old location, who will appear only after you purchase the Security/Jail upgrade. Then there is another who will appear in the Rivet City science labs only after you purchase the Clinic upgrade.
* A home for the player with everything you need, including a lot of containers for your items, an infirmary, and plenty of display shelves.
* A diner (Working Vendor coming soon).
* Labeled Vault doors and gear door.
* All fully Nav-Meshed.
* Vault jumpsuits/Security outfits
* A working doctor in the clinic who will heal you, and remove rads and addictions.
* A train line between D.C and the Mojave.
* Cleaned up the reflector pool side of the D.C mall as a G.E.C.K had been activated there.
* A diner vendor.
* A gift shop (with a working vendor).

Change log:

V1.0:
Initial Release

V2.0
* Completely redone the entrance to the Vault, it has been moved to the D.C mall, under a building in between the Lincoln Memorial and The Mall Metro.
* Added new NPCs;

The first are inside the Office Building that leads to the Vault door, and then there's another and his pet who will appear in a cave in the Vault 76's old location (Near Vault 101), who will appear only after you purchase the Security/Jail upgrade. Then there is another who will appear in the Rivet City science labs only after you purchase the Clinic upgrade.

* New custom assets (credits will be added)
* New Vault 76 security armor found in the Security room.
* Slightly reduced upgrade costs.
* Barber mirror in the Overseer's Quarters
* Vault security NPCs in the Atrium and Main Entrance after you purchase the Jail upgrade.
* General bug fixes.

V3.0:
* New train like going from D.C to the Mojave and back accessed from the office building (Do not use it if you have not been to the Mojave yet, use the normal TTW train first, as the TTW train uses important scripts that the game requires for visiting the Mojave for the first time, so don't come here complaining about a broken game because you haven't acknowledged this)
* General bug fixes and map updates.
* New power armor in the vault's armory
* Fixed the couch switch, the mattresses now appear

V4.0:
* Added a new NPC in the entrance, Michael, who has activated a G.E.C.K near the Reflector pool
* Edited the area outside the office building, it is now cleaner and looks like a G.E.C.K had been activated there
* Added working bobblehead and Snowglobe stands in the player quarter's living room
* Added a pet in the player quarters
* Redone the lighting in the office
* Added a diner vendor
* Added a vault gift shop with vendor
* Added notes to upgrade terminals (Reactor, Entrance, and Overseer's office)
* Created a vault income safe, it does not work as intended, so it has been disabled.
* Vault residents no longer speak like junkies
* General map updates and improvements
* New nuka-cola vending machines
* Pete's unique baseball bat now appears in the Security room rather than a normal baseball bat
* You can now go to the office building roof via a ladder from the interior.
* Neon letters have been placed above the outside door, instead of a Vault-Tec banner
* Various bug fixes
