Hi all comrades,
This collage mod modify the NCR to make it a soviet/communist styled faction. If the reception will be good enough i will try to change dialogues in game and probably i will change the NCR flag to the hammer and syckle one once i've get permission.
NCR troopers and Commissars will use Mosin nagant, PSSH-41 and AK-47 into the mojave and also laser RCW has been given to the units cause it seems like a good evolution of pssh-41. A large numbers between uniforms and helmets have changed the look of the troopers and officers to feat the Revolutionary ideals they bring across the land and also Commies power armor have been used.
I don't own any of the materials used into this mod cause they are from many authors that given me permission to put them togheter so all the credits go to them and still a big thank to you guys. The critics if mature and positive will be well accepted.

A little history to make this lore-friendly if you want
The New Communist Republic born from Vault 15 survivors that have met some Soviet Vanguard after they have started to expand their territories of influences. From those soviet vanguard they learned that URSS have survived better then other countries to the nuclear winter and they are sending commissars all around the world to create contacts. During the years some diplomats from URSS bringed the COmmunist ideology to the Vault 15 people's and gifts as old weapons schematics and symbols to be adopted. The Vault 15 people's became during years a fierce supporter of Communist cause and they start to expand under various Presidents and Chairmans elected by direct elections.The NCR keep expanding and building industries with the soviet support until today, in the year the game take places. The NCR prohibit discrimanation due gender, race or religious believes and his economy is controlled by the State.
INSTRUCTIONS
To install the mod you need just to download and put into data without use the esp the ww2 uniform 1.1 fil, you can find this wonderful SUGARAPE mod at this page: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/3445/? Then you need to install Red Partisan mod by siamatti at this link http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43045/? . After you have put those two mods into your data without check their esp. (you can check Red Partisan esp but if you do this with ww2 uniforms esp. it will make your game crash cause that mod is for FO3) then Unpack all the content of New Communist Republic inside your data and check all the esm files and esp to make the weapons and armor works properly.I hope you will like this collage mod, i don't own any of those content and i use all of them cause their owner given me permission so credits to them!
