Just to let everyone know this mod isn’t finish and will probably never be finished or updated. Because I am too busy working on The Frontier project and with Fallout 4 nearing release I just don’t have time to work on this mod anymore.

Description
 
This mod adds 16 Bionic Augmentations, 3 and a half new quest, and a combat simulator. The first 3 quest are fully functional but the 4 this unfinished and will end abruptly. However, all of the Bionic Augmentations and combat simulator are fully functional.

Location
 
The mod begins at the New Vegas Medical Clinic. After entering the clinic there will be a door to Doctor X’s clinic immediately to your left.

Bionic Augmentations
 
Many of the Bionic Augmentations I added are inspired by games, such as, Mass Effect, Crysis, and Bioshock. All 16 augmentations can be purchase at Doctor X’s clinic. These aren’t weapons you equip they are abilities that can be activated whenever and only use Action Points. They can only be removed from your inventory by using the same terminal you purchased them from. Each ability can be hot keyed and assigned to any key you choose.


 
The Bionic Augmentations come in 4 different categories.
 
Instant Affect
Instant affect augmentations instantly affect a target upon activation. You must have a target in your crosshairs and you must be close enough to the target in order to affect them. Your crosshairs should be red when you are close enough to affect your target. If your target has already been affected, you must wait for the affect to wear off before you can affect them again.
 
Projectile
Projectile augmentations fire projectiles out of your body that explode on impact. If you are armed with a gun, the projectiles will fire out of the muzzle of the gun. Which means if you are in third person view and your gun is pointed at the ground, the projectiles will fire into the ground instead of the direction you are currently looking towards. Otherwise, if you are not armed with a gun, the projectiles will fire out of your chest.
 
You must have your weapon drawn in order to fire a projectile.
 
If you are armed with a weapon that uses ammo, including thrown weapons, it will expend one ammo of the current ammo you are using every time you fire a projectile. However, the ammo will be replaced so you won't permanently loose ammo for firing projectiles. You will only have the amount of ammo in your current magazine reduced.
 
Radial
Radial augmentations burst out of your body affecting any targets in your immediate radius.
 
Toggle
Toggle augmentations can be toggled on and off. If you run out of Action Points the Augmentation will be automatically toggled off. Some toggle augmentations will slowly drain your AP while others will slow down how fast your AP regenerates.
 
The 16 Bionic Augmentations are as follow:
 
Charge
Bionic Type: Instant Affect
Action Points: 40
A powerful attack that teleports you to an enemy with a chance to stun or knockdown your target. Restores 10 percent of your health with each strike.
 
Cloak
Bionic Type: Toggle
Action Points: Drains slowly while in use.
Makes you invisible to the enemy. Only works when in sneak mode.
 
Fireball
Bionic Type: Projectile
Action Points: 15
Launches a fireball at your target that explodes on impact.
 
Fire Burst
Bionic Type: Radial
Action Points: 15
Blast fire out of your body. Enemies that die will explode into fire and potentially cause chain reactions.
 
Focus
Bionic Type: Toggle
Action Points: Drains slowly while in use.
Makes time appear slower.
 
Frenzy
Bionic Type: Instant Affect
Action Points: 40
Frenzies your target forcing them to attack anyone nearby.
 
Holo Drones
Bionic Type: Radial
Action Points: 30
Spawn Holographic Drones to distract your enemies.
 
Kinetic Barrier
Bionic Type: Toggle
Action Points: Drains slowly while in use.
Absorbs physical damage in exchange for Action Points.
 
Night Vision
Bionic Type: Toggle
Action Points: Drains slowly while in use.
Allows you to see more clearly in the dark.
 
Pull
Bionic Type: Instant Affect
Action Points: 20
Forcibly pulls your target towards you.
 
Reave
Bionic Type: Instant Affect
Action Points: 30
Absorbs 5 points of health every second for 10 seconds or until the target dies.
 
Shockwave
Bionic Type: Radial
Action Points: 20
Emits a shockwave with a chance to stun or knock down enemies.
 
Sonic Push
Bionic Type: Projectile
Action Points: 25
Launches a powerful concussive blast with a chance to stun or send targets flying.
 
Speed
Bionic Type: Toggle
Action Points: Drains slowly while in use.
Increases your running speed by 2x.
 
Stasis
Bionic Type: Projectile
Action Points: 25
Paralyses any target affected for 15 seconds or until attacked.
 
Warp
Bionic Type: Instant Affect
Action Points: 30
Reduces your targets Damage Threshold by 10 for 10 seconds.

Compatibility
 
This mod slightly edits the New Vegas Medical Clinic by adding a door into one of corners, as well as, adds a door to the East Central Sewers and North Sewers and adds a third floor to the Casa Madrid Apartments. There aren’t any other major modifications made to the vanilla game.

Installation

It’s recommended to use a mod manager of your choice, such as Nexus Mod Manager, Fallout Mod Manager, or Mod Organizer, to install all files of this mod.
