Hello everybody! This is a quick request I picked up this morning - a simple mod that allows you to clean some dirty pre-war clothing at a campfire with detergent.

The file does not require any DLC, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.


>WHAT
A bundle of four new recipes (requiring 15 Survival skill) has been added to the campfire menu, under misc. Now you can clean up pre-war casualwear, relaxedwear, spring outfits and parkstroller outfits if you have some detergent on you. The dirty clothes and detergent will be taken away and you will be given the clean versions - nice and simple. Only those four outfits are included: I didn't add the businesswear because there is no clean version in the vanilla game anyway.

You can choose between a version that requires water (either purified or dirty) AND detergent, and another one that only requires the detergent.

As this was a request, I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. I will not add to it or subtract from it. The mod is offered as-is.

It was a request I found last night and figured, why not?


>WHERE
Nowhere! The mod doesn't touch any vanilla records or make any changes to the game world. But you can find a list of some locations where you can find detergent here.


>HOW
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!
