Have you considered making an actually accurate male version? Bulls don't have the oversized utter sack that hangs down. It's always puzzled me how Bethesda never thought about that.
The massive utter serves the same purpose now as a camel's hump, in my mind. Just, you know, with extra functions. Additional thought: Camels mutate to create milk -- from their hump. Have fun with that imagery.
While it's random generation makes it sound like it would work with TTW and it does but not completely. The randoms will appear on the NV side but don't expect to see the changes on the FO3 side.
An update or patch would be needed for them to spawn in the DC Wasteland.
Both variants look awesome, they really help separate the sick Brahmin from the healthy for me. Adds great texture and character to these npcs, easily endorsed.
