It was created for skyrim and works on Fallout and NV as well perfectly. I DID NOT modified this mod and not to claim to be the author, but i couldn't reach the author and i belive it's a better mod for Fallout than Skyrim.
For lazy people the details:
This mod makes combat faster, deadlier and more realistic by increasing how much damage everyone take - both you and NPCs.
This mod affects any and all damage in the game. Even those wich made by creatures and damage over time effects like poisons or drowning.
You can change the damage multiplier by simply changing the difficulty from the game menu.
Novice: x1.0. This is the equivalent of playing on standard Adept difficulty.
Apprentice: x2.0
Adept: x3.0
Expert: x4.0
Master: x5.0
